Kevin Perrone combines an extensive knowledge of exercise and bodywork to enhance and
troubleshoot mobility. He believes that everyone has their own optimal and that there is no one size fits all solution for movement. Through proper assessment and appropriate progressions and variation, it’s inevitable to improve. His approach has allowed him to help a diverse clientele, ranging from grandmothers to special forces operators as well as individuals with Parkinson’s to elite athletes. Kevin is co-owner of Legitimate Movement alongside Greg Woods.

In his spare time he can be found climbing, playing with his dog, or working on some stupid human tricks.
